How It Works+
After you reserve, I'll be in touch within 48 hours to send your discovery questionnaire, a short guide to help me understand your style, story, and wedding details. From there, I'll prepare design concepts for you to choose between, with revisions included in your collection. Once you're happy, your final files are delivered digitally straight to your inbox.
Revisions & Changes+
Each collection includes revision rounds as part of your design journey, so we can refine every detail together until it feels just right. If you'd like to make changes after your final designs are delivered, two free information updates are included (for example, wording changes), as long as they're requested at least two weeks before your wedding. Additional changes can be arranged for a small fee.
Cancellation Policy & Refunds+
All designs are delivered digitally via email, ready to use or send to your printer of choice, I no longer offer printing myself, but I'm happy to recommend trusted partners. As each collection is a bespoke, personalised project, full payment is required upfront to secure your date, and bookings are considered final once design work has begun. A 50% refund is available if your project is still in the discovery phase with no work started. Once your design or website process is underway, no refunds can be issued.
